Introduction

Adding participants it the first step to ensuring campaign success. The right creators can make or break a campaign. Fohr offers thousands of on platform creators you can search, review, and add to review to make an informed decision about who can participate in a campaign.

Since introducing the new and improved Creator Review to Campaigns, the process to add participants has changed. You will now view an improved advanced search functionality, add from groups, and modals within the campaign itself.

Adding Participants

Participants can be added directly from the campaign page. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Participants Section
    • Navigate to the campaign page and select “Participants” from the navigation bar.
    • Click “Add Participants” in the top-right corner.
  1. Adding On-Platform Participants
    • Use the search bar to find the creator by name.
    • Select the checkbox next to their name (you can select multiple creators at once).
    • Click “Next” in the bottom-right corner.
    • Choose the participant group to add them to:
      • Select an existing group from the dropdown.
      • To create a new group, click “Create Group” to the right of the dropdown.
    • Click “Save” to confirm.
  1. Adding Off-Platform Participants
    • Toggle to the “Off Platform” section.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to add creators.

  1. Adding by Groups
    • Toggle to the “Group” section.
    • Use the search bar to find the group by name.
    • Select the checkbox next to the group title.
    • Click “Next” in the bottom-right corner.
    • Choose the participant group to add them to:
      • Select an existing group from the dropdown.
      • To create a new group, click “Create Group” to the right of the dropdown.
    • Click “Save” to confirm.
  1. By following these steps, you'll successfully add participants to your campaign!

How to Move a Participant Between Groups

  1. Navigate to the Participants page in your campaign.
  1. Locate the participant you want to move and click the ellipsis (three dots) on the right side of their entry.
  1. In the pop-up, find the dropdown menu displaying their current group name.
  1. Select the new group you want to assign them to.
  1. Click Save to confirm the change.

The participant will now appear in their newly assigned group

Naming a Participant Group

  1. Navigate to the participants tab.
  1. Each group will have the name of the group above it.
  1. Select the pencil icon to the right of the name and write the new name you would like to use.
