Content Review

• Navigate to your campaign and click Participants in the navigation bar.

• Click the influencer's name to open their individual campaign details.

• Select Content Review from the navigation bar.

• Uploading Content
  • Each deliverable has its own section.

  • Below the deliverable title, click the upload icon to add content.

  • You can upload multiple pieces at once.

  • For each piece of content, add a caption and click Submit.
    • When uploading a file associated with a deliverable there is no limit to the file size.

    • The following formats are able to be uploaded:
      • For videos: .mp4, .m4a, .f4v, .m4b, and .mov are all acceptable file types.

      • For images: jpg, jpeg, and png

• Submitting for Review
  • After uploading and adding captions, click Submit to push the content to review on the influencer's behalf.

• Rejecting Content:
  • Select Reject if the content doesn’t meet requirements.

  • Enter feedback related to the content or caption.

  • This feedback is shared directly with the influencer, prompting them to upload revisions.

• Both Fohr Users and Brands can approve content directly in Content Review:
  • Click the deliverable you want to review.

  • Use the Status dropdown in the top right.

  • Select Approved to finalize the approval.

• Need to give someone outside Fohr access to review content? You can easily share content review pages with external users—no special login needed! Here’s how:
  1. Go to the Content Review page for your campaign.

  2. Click the “Share” button at the top right.

  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to share access with, then hit “Send.”

• That’s it! They’ll get an email prompting them to create a password or click the link if they already have an account!

• Once logged in, they’ll be taken directly to the content review page. They'll have the same permissions as a managed service client, meaning they can:
  • View and filter content (by type, campaign, etc.)

  • Leave comments

  • Reject content (don’t worry—rejected content goes to the Fohr team, not the influencer!)

• If they’re part of multiple campaigns, they’ll also see a dropdown in the top right to switch between brands or reviews.

• Clients can share their feedback in two ways. They can share feedback directly with influencers by rejecting the content and leaving feedback for caption, content, or both. To view this feedback
  • Navigate to your campaign and click Participants in the navigation bar.

  • Click the influencer's name to open their individual campaign details.

  • Select Content Review from the navigation bar.

  • The default view shows content from the current round.

  • To review previous rounds, use the dropdown menu on the right to access earlier submissions and feedback.

• Brands can leave comments directly on content for you to review:
  • Open the deliverable in Content Review.

  • Brand comments will appear on the right side, along with the name of the commenter.

  • Comments can be edited or deleted by the brand as needed.

• When influencers implement feedback, they’ll upload their deliverables for the next round of Content Review.
  • Access the updated deliverables in the Content Review section.

  • Review the submissions to confirm that all requested corrections have been made.

• This process continues until the content meets your expectations.

• Raw assets can be downloaded after they are approved in a campaign.

• To download select “Content” from the navigation bar.

• Next select “Review”.

• Next select “Approved” in the sub nav bar.

• Any deliverable in “Approved” can be downloaded by selecting the download icon from the top right corner of the deliverable card.

• Please note, downloaded files will have the same resolution and size as the uploaded files.

How to upload

1. Log in to your Fohr profile and navigate to your campaign page.

2. Go to “Content Review” and locate the deliverable you've completed.

3. Start by updating your caption by clicking the pencil icon.

4. Next, click the plus icon under your deliverable to upload your content. You can add multiple pieces and assign each a title for easy reference.

5. Review your upload then click "Submit" to share with the Fohr team.

*Pro Tip:** Double-check that each upload matches the correct deliverable before submitting!

• Once your content is up, you’ll receive a notification when it’s reviewed.

• Approved? Great! You’re clear to go live.

• If revisions are needed, you’ll receive feedback, make adjustments, and re-upload until you’re good to go.
