Introduction

Welcome to Asset Approval in Content Review. This enhancement allows you to approve or reject individual assets within a larger deliverable. For example, if a story deliverable includes three frames, you can approve one or two frames and reject the third.

Creators will only need to re-upload the specific asset that requires changes not the entire deliverable. This reduces unnecessary work and streamlines communication for all Fohr Platform users.

Quick notes before you dive in

  • This feature is designed to improve efficiencies for all Fohr users and reduce the off platform work required. Gone are the days of downloading the approved images, rejecting the submission, upload the approved images again, resubmitting the content, and approving the updated deliverable.
  • Asset approval in this new workflow creators minor workflow changes but significant workflow improvements for clients, creators, and Fohr users.
