Creator Review

• Separated review groups from campaign groups to streamline the workflow.

• Drag and drop creators between groups by clicking their profile picture.
  • Select and move multiple creators at once using checkboxes.

Adding Creators

1. In Review Groups, click Add Creators (top right or within the empty state).

2. This opens an embedded search within the campaign.

3. Use search to:
   • Find individual creators

   • Add creators by group

   • Filter by tags, filters, or advanced search

4. You can add an entire group or select individual creators from that group.

5. Click Add to Review to add creators.

Creators added without a group will appear in No Group, a default catch-all category.

Creating and Managing Groups

1. To create a group before adding creators, click Create Group.

2. Add a group name and (optionally) a status.

3. Add creators to groups by:
   • Selecting creators from No Group

   • Clicking the + button on a group to add directly

4. Reorder groups by dragging and dropping them.

5. Move creators between groups by dragging their avatar to another group.

6. To remove a creator entirely, click Edit → Delete.

You can switch between three views:

• List View – spreadsheet-style layout

• Grid View – card-based layout

• Status View – Kanban-style board for dragging creators between statuses

Managing Creator Details in List View

In List View, you can:

• View social accounts, status, tags, and priority

• Set creator priority (Highest, High, Normal)

• Add or edit Sample Content:
  • Select recent sponsored or organic posts

  • View content in list or grid format

  • Add content directly or paste a permalink

• Add Tags to further categorize creators (e.g., archetype, internal workflow)

Reviewing and Approving Creators

1. Click a creator row to open the side panel.

2. Review key metrics such as:
   • Tier performance

   • Engagement rate

   • Viewership rate

   • Audience demographics

3. Add rationale or comments.

4. Use keyboard shortcuts:
   • Shift + A to approve

   • Up / Down arrows to navigate

   • Command + Return to submit comments

Using Open Review

1. Click Open Review for a full-screen review experience.

2. The view defaults to Pending Review, showing creators who still need approval.

3. Click a creator’s name to open the same side panel with metrics, comments, and sample content.

4. Quickly navigate and approve creators using keyboard shortcuts.

5. Add more creators directly from this view using the + button.

Campaign Ready Groups

1. Return to the Creators tab to access Campaign Ready Groups.

2. This section helps distinguish:
   • Creators still under review

   • Creators approved and ready for the campaign

3. Creators can exist in both Review Groups and Campaign Ready Groups.

4. Add creators directly by clicking Add to Campaign.

5. Move creators between groups using drag and drop.

6. Click a creator’s name to access the familiar campaign participant view, where you can edit briefs and campaign details.

Bulk Actions and Status Management

• Select multiple creators to:
  • Move them into groups

  • Approve them in bulk

• Switch to Status View to drag creators through approval stages.

• When moving creators, you can:
  • Create a new Campaign Ready group

  • Move them into an existing group

Once approved, creators will appear in Campaign Ready Groups and are ready to be worked on in your campaign.
