Introduction
Welcome to your new Live Campaign Content dashboard which gives you access to all live campaign content. Content is pulled into reporting for your campaign automatically based on the campaign criteria which includes flight dates, hashtags, and mentions.
The goal of this page is to separate deliverable attribution from campaign content since they serve two different purposes. Deliverable attribution is essential to the finance process as it signifies the creator has completed their contract and is ready to be invoiced.
Live content however does not have to be tied to deliverables, only campaigns. Users can scan through it, edit/remove if needed, and view key stats. The content in this section parallels the content in the Campaign Report.
Quick notes before you dive in
The purpose of a campaign is producing high quality content. Having a view to access all the live content quickly is helpful to discover the campaigns success and status.
- This feature is refreshed every two hours
- There is a refresh button if you would like to click it sooner
- The purpose of this page is to view content rather than attribute only
Updates
This is a new feature which can aid in campaign content collection and oversight as your campaign is in process. We know flight windows can be long and it can be time consuming to constantly search for content that went live. This section alleviates that concern.
