Introduction

Deliverable attribution is an important piece of the campaign process. It is meant to ensure the creators you have contracted have completed the deliverables they were hired to create and post. This attribution typically begins the payment process meaning once a deliverable is completed the creators payment terms and invoicing process begins. For more notes on invoicing check out this document.

Quick notes before you dive in

The purpose of this page is to track which deliverables have been attributed to content for accurate payment processing. Each deliverable should have one attributed post to ensure creators are paid correctly.

Deliverable Attribution Basics

To access:

  1. Head to the deliverable section of your campaign
  1. Click the dropdown to view the deliverable attribution page.

This page is a list view of all the content which needs to be attributed. In this view you will find the creators name, deliverable, platform, due date, status, and ability to attribute any missing content.

How Does it Work?

Content is automatically attributed if the hashtags, keywords, and mentions align with the deliverable requirements. It is then attributed to the respective deliverable for example a story that matches this criteria would match with the creators respective story deliverable.

If the content is not automatically attributed users have the opportunity to attribute manually. Click the “Find Content” link on the right side of the table. This will pull up a side panel with the ability to select content from the respective social platform, manually insert a link, or upload social content for a platform with no API such as linkedin.
