Introduction

Groups are a tool you can utilize to pull creators that interest you! There are many use cases for a group such as pulling creators to outreach to, creators you're interested in partnering with for a campaign, creators in your area for events, or even creators you want to track growth for.

Once a group is created there are abundant opportunities to utilize it. You can create reports directly from a group, and pull a group directly into a campaign.

Quick notes before you dive in

  • Once your group is created, you can leverage it in several powerful ways:
    • Add Members to Campaigns: Quickly include your group members in a campaign to streamline content creation and collaboration
    • Send Bulletins: Use your group to share updates, announcements, or opportunities via bulletins.
    • Conduct Outreach: Reach out directly to group members for campaigns, feedback, or special projects.
    • Export to CSV: Export your group’s details into a CSV file for offline analysis, reporting, or sharing with other team members.
    • Filter in Search: In “Search” click “Advanced Search Filters”. In this modal you can include or exclude creators in a particular group. This means you can content search and create a report just with those users or even select from a smaller subsect.

Group Basics

The groups tab contains all the group information for your account, there are several actions you can take on this page.

  • First you can filter by type. On the top right you can see “All Groups”, “Featured”, and “Archived”
  • Filter by “Owner” which refers to the user who created the report. Click the dropdown and select the creator you would like to view.
  • Use the calendar icon to sort by date
  • Use the A → Z icon to sort alphabetically
  • Use the “search bar” to search for a specific group
  • Edit group names or delete the group by clicking the ellipses on the right side of the page
  • Click the title of each column to sort by the respective title

Creating a Group

  • In the groups tab
    • Click “Groups” on the left navigation bar.
    • Once you are in the Groups page, click on the icon on the top right corner that says “+ Create Group”.
    • You will then be prompted to enter some information such as the title of the group.
    • Once you save the group you are able to add creators in several ways.
  • In any “Groups” modal
    • In various areas of the platform you will see “Add To Group” within this modal you can create a new group if you have not already
    • Type the name of the group you could like to create in the filed that states “Enter a Group Name”
    • Click “Create Group”
    • This will automatically add the creator to the new group you’ve created

Editing a Group

  • To edit your group utilize the left navigation bar to go to the “Groups” page.
  • You can then search for the group by title.
  • When you enter the group you can add creators by clicking the “+ Add Creators” button on the top right.
  • You can add and remove creators at any time. This ensures you can keep your groups up to date when collaborating with your team.
  • You can also complete the following actions by click the “ellipses” on the top right.
    • Add to Campaign
    • Duplicate
    • Combine
    • Download CSV
    • Edit
    • Delete

Edit Your Group Name

  1. Use the left navigation bar to go to the Groups page.
  1. Search for the Group
  1. Locate the group by searching for its current title.
  1. Edit the Group Name
  1. Enter the group and click the ellipses (three dots) in the top-right corner.
  1. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
  1. A text box will appear—type the new group name here.
  1. Save Your Changes
  1. Click Save, and your group’s name will be updated instantly!

Viewing a Group

  • click the group you would like to review
  • once in the group click the title of each column to sort by the respective title
  • use the checkbox to the left of the creators name to add or remove a user from the group
  • Click the ellipses on the right to perform other actions
    • Message: use our out reach tool to message the creator
    • Add to Campaign: Add the creator to any campaign you have previously created that they would be a good fit for
    • Remove: Remove the creator from a group
    • Add to other group: Add the creator to any preexisting or new group
